Experiment 4- “customer management process” update

Last month I met with the founder, his general manager and the IT director of a local sales, order fulfillment and CRM provider. They have been in business since 1995 and have several European “brands” as BPO clients providing them with all aspects of the customer management process.

They were having issues getting found and wanted a way to “sum up” their offering in a way that is “search engine” friendly. Click here to see phase one of the results.
